We cover all bases from placing candidates in a variety of roles: General Practitioner, Nurse, Paramedic, Non-Clinical advisor via UCC’s and 111 CAS services. We work with care providers nationally. But with ICG HQ in Hertfordshire we do focus on the Hertfordshire, Essex, London and the Southeast.

General Practitioner

• A GMC registered doctor with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working towards individual and team targets, in a supportive environment.

• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

• Nursing Band 7.

• Advanced Practice is essential.

• Must be V300 Prescriber.

• Minor Illness environment experience a must.

• Various locations: GP Surgery, Walk-In Centre & Out of Hours settings.

Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP)

• Nursing Band 7.

• Minor Illness environment experience essential.

• Required to suture, plaster and Interpret X-Rays.

• Based in Accident & Emergency/ Walk-In Centre.

Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP)

• Triaging patients telephoning into the Integrated Urgent Care Service.

• Providing clinical advice and support via a multi-disciplinary team which will include call advisors, Nurses, Paramedics, GPs, Pharmacists and Dentists.

• Confident communicator and team player.

• Do not require experience within Telephone Triage as full training and support will be given.

Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)

• Band 7 Paramedic background.

• Won’t have V300 Prescriber.

• Completed Minor illness and injury.

• May be able to suture, plaster and interpret x-ray (IRMER) although not necessarily.

• Specialises in mobile sessions (out on the road) as use to being first response.

• Environment: Minor injury unit / Accident & emergency / Mobile.

Nurse

• Eligible to register with NMC.

• 1+ year relevant experience in a 100 bed tertiary hospital.

• Band 5.

• Number of locations in the South East and London.

Pharmacist

• Band 8C.

• Educated to degree level in Pharmacy – MPharm or equivalent qualification.

• Competency assessed and examined professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.

• Post-graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.

111 Call Handler

• Croydon & Barking locations.

• Shift work min. 15 hours per week.

Excellent communicator – able to be persuasive, show empathy & tact and gives reassurance when handing all calls.


• Ability to work well in a process led environment.

Ability to work comfortably with IT systems.
